I like to keep brushpiles small. That way they are not so easy for all to find and take over (camp out on them as some say). Try building more about 75 or 100 feet each way on the same ledge or drop off. Then maybe more the same distance if they pay off. I make several in a row in productive areas, in a sense making a milk run. We like to move alot and stay on aggressive fish tightling jigs. You can start on one one of a run and with a good trolling motor go spot to spot and not fire up the outboard except going to the next run of piles.
