    We took pallets to the lake when water was low. Drove stakes into the ground and attacked the pallets in a cube. Leaving about 6 inches open at each corner. When water came up, we could wade out to the pallets and fish the sides that were protected from the waves.

    no wade fishing here but i might try this in some areas....they stopped us from wading 2yrs ago and i sucks because we use to wade around some beds in 2-3fow and limit out(25) in a hour or less

    Oh man, that's a killer!
    We wade and catch fish in 4" of water.
    Bobber on the hook if using minners.

    tell me about it....we was catching SLABS fishing 4in deep....they would splash when they hit the jig since it was pretty much on the top of the water....we are trying to get it over turned but dont know if it will happend or not
