    Glad you liked it CC. Was cuttin up the 3rd deer Saturday, and decided to cook some. Ain't had none in a while. Don't know about anybody else, but this is one of those foods where you keep on eatin leftovers until it's gone. Man, it just hits the spot. Wife works at one of (if not the) most popular local restaurants where the food is FINE. She came in around 11:00 Saturday night, and the aroma flung a cravin on her in a big way!!! Makes me want to kill about a dozen of them dudes. Gonna get me a couple more in the next week or two. The backstraps and hind quarters get cut up in the small steaks just to cook it like this. It's addictive

    I fiix deer this way:
    Egg, lemon juice, soy sauce, and worchestershire
    Cracker meal and parmesean cheese
    Fry at medium heat in olive oil

    When I have vension....I fix it by taking it to an Amish Family and having summer sausage made...good stuff.

    i tried it but mine was soggy, i screwed up somewere, i got a lectric skillet just to try this and i screwed it up lol. i think i didnt cook it hot enough , hmmm oh well
