Thread: Got Crappie creative the other day ....

and it Was an absolutely amazing dinner item and the same when I ate it for lunch the next day ....
the recipe is slightly complex , but not terribly difficult ....
we sauteed a bunch of various fresh veggies , added some ranch and some heavy cream and let it simmer a bit
made some fresh white rice with cilantro on the side
and baked up some right out of the lake fresh crappie filets
rice down first , veggie and spinach cream sauce on top , then crowned with crispy bake crappie ....mmmmm
the ear of fresh sweet corn on the side is optional ....
nothing terribly hard to duplicate and just WOW was it tasty yawl
and as I often say .....KABOOM ....

p.s. them mushrooms are optional ....just saying

It could have been bought anything at our place, we just happened to have a pile of them that needed bye bye …it would have been just as good without em I am pretty sure
