Looks delicious!
In New Orleans back in the 70's you saw a lot of White Remoulade Shrimp & Crab salads but not so much today. I got the hankering for a Old School White Remoulade Shrimp Salad so I made the dressing and allowed it to meld overnight in the fridge. Excess boiled Shrimp was in the fridge too so as they say "When in Rome" I put the two together. If anyone wants a recipe for White Remoulade Sauce let me know and I will do a write up on a good one. This took me back to my childhood when we would all go to Perrins' in Lafite for dinner. They would put tables together for us so everyone sat together. My brother would eat all the leftover toast on everyone's plate, he always out consumed me. Guess that's why I'm the Runt. (Seafood Platters were served all over the city on toast)
I crushed this almost embarrassingly fast. (I still can only chew on one side too)
