I thought , sure why not .....
We got a big ole gallon bag of quiche premix , cheese and eggs liquid type thing , thicker than just eggs.
So we thought why not try using it as a dredge and hope for the best ....

That was by far the BEST baked crappie I have ever eaten , not even kidding around either ....
ran the oven about 375 and gave em about 25 minutes
Will try it again FOR SURE ......![]()
man were they crispy and crunchy outside and moist on the inside ....just wow food for sure
