    Default they WERE .....

    crappie tacos .....
    baked strips of crappie in a spicy cajun mix , a bit warm for sure ....
    laid em out on some nice soft durable yellow corn tortillas ....
    dressed them appropriately for a dinner date and then ....
    KABOOM
    thought 3 would do it , was wrong , had to make 2 more .....just saying
