laid em out on some nice soft durable yellow corn tortillas ....
dressed them appropriately for a dinner date and then ....

All I can say is I couldn't let them eat Crappie Tacos alone...............awful delicious looking. Made me go on and cook some today.

Jethro Bodine Sized 8in Crappie Tacos
We could only get 8in tortillas in the brand we like so Monster Truck Crappie Tacos was today's lunch. We were both so ready to eat I didn't take the time Ketchn did putting my plate together.
Warmed up the tortillas on the Flat top till they were starting to brown before loading the Taco Stands. Can't even see the stands. Two nice sized Crappie fillets, homegrown tomatoes, green Enchilada sauce, grated Mex cheese, lettuce, & sour cream. I had to leave a couple of bites on my last one.
