Thread: Buffalo recipe ?

Someone gave my friend P.R. some ground buffalo meat. We made it into chili over Spring Break while camping at the lake........simmered in the old crock pot most of the day, then when we came off the lake at dusk and built the campfire up and got into that chili.......it was good!!!!!!!!! I don't recall it being too gamey. I do remember it being super lean.

The Absolute Best piece of red meat I EVER ate was a piece of Buffalo Prime Rib from Colorado Buffalo Company in Denver.
