    Default Fish 'n Chips


    im going to make some fish n chips friday! im going to be using a beer batter for fish fillets, then im going to cut half-inch thick slabs of potatoes and dip in the batter. any suggestions on how much seasoning to use, what to serve with?

    REd beans, and as for seasoning use some creole or old bay seasoning. great combo!!

    im cooking it right now. had to go with a lemon based batter.... GREAT taste!! fried crappie, warmouth bass and tilapia in it. made some chips from one potato too.
