Best tip I can give you is to get to catching, cause you now can fry faster and easier. And throw the baskets in the dishwasher after each use. If you just leave em in after your through frying, when you heat up the next time, they will cook on the previous cooking debris, and they can get to where certain food items will try and stick to the mesh when you first put the food into the basket. You'll enjoy it once you learn how much heat to run. If you have a good thermometer, check to make sure that the unit thermometer has been properly calibrated. Or just fill the unit up with water and bring it to a boil and check for 212. You'll get to where you can pretty much listen to the noise of the burner and know how much heat you're throwing.
