I was grilling some duck marinated and bacon wrappped on the gas grill. I had some fresh Crappie fillets soaking in water with a little lemon juice and salt. Drained and cut up a few. Wrapped them in bacon and put on metal skewer like the duck breasts. They turned out wonderfull.:D
