    Default What type cooking oil do you use


    I'd like to find out what type cooking oil is good for cooking fresh fish. I usually just use vegatable oil. Are other types of oil bettter?

    I go for what taste good to me. Not a healthy choice though. Butter Flavored Crisco.

    peanut oil with one of those outdoor propane fryers, can't beat it. and your better half is happy cuz you didn't make a mess frying fish in the kitchen.
