    Default Brewer Today

I took a good friend of mine from Bentonville to Brewer today. We fished until 1:30. He had a ball. We ended up bringing home 29 with several throw backs. 5 fish went over 15" with one being just over 16". Still catching them over brush piles on slip bobber and minnow's. Hey crappiepro....we caught 5 nice ones over that brush pile we talked about.

I reckon I have just not found the right brush piles. I'm still in a search mode. Except for a near 4-pound pike and some good-sized bream, I have been snookered here of late.

I didn't fish today because of the wind but maybe tomorrow. It is inspiring to know that you are catching them on the simple "minnows and brush pile" pattern. Keep up the good work.
