AJ, Did not intend anything personal toward you. The corps has done and is doing some great work. My point is that in a lot of cases they could be doing more to help recreation while doing their work. I"m sorry that you feel that my thoughts are narrow and have no bearing on the problem. Often times attitudes of people and organizations are the worst part of the whole situations. I am finished with this subject, and I apologize if I offended you personally, but the congress and the corps and their attitudes is another story.
