Were you using the 200 or the 300 series Bandits?

creekslick,
I would also like some more technique info. You said between 1.5 -2 mph, but did you use line counters, or planer boards? There was a chart on how deep bandits ran at specific line distances around here somewhere. any info would help.
I was on greers last week, trying to figure out how to catch walleye. hired a guide to try to put us on fish, but it didn't pan out. we trolled harnesses with nightcrawlers, on ledges and humps. never did find any fish. I learned a lot, but was a little dissapointed that we didn't catch anything. we fished in the morning also.

Got me a handful of bandits the other day. Can't wait to try 'em out on some of my favorite oxbows, just the ones without much cover. I think I'd cry if I hung all of 'em at one time and broke off.
Couple questions for you Slick. Do you use your electric or gas motor? And what line do you use?

I think the TM would work out better for me. Are you using your front rod racks?
Creekslick,
What size weight would you use if you did like the question that I had in my post in this thread?
