    Default Rain

I think we have had enough rain now! I'm sure Beaver Lake is going to be at flood stage soon. Fishing has been tough as it is without more rain to muddy the lake up even more! We need to send this rain to the southern part of the state where y'all need it! I'll be on the water tomorrow afternoon and I'll get to see first hand how the fishing is after this Biblical rain event!!

    Hey Jason:

I feel for you guys up there. I've been watching this system and last night it looked like we were in for a lot of rain but so far it has tracked just north of us. Greeson is already above full pool and like Beaver the fishing has been pretty tough lately already and a flood right now would really mess it up. We're not out of the woods yet as the south end of the system is still heading our way but we've lucky so far. I hope it either fizzles out or picks up speed and moves through here quickly.

We decided not to fish today and one of the trips won't be able to reschedule so this thing has already gotten into my wallet.

Nimrod lake was finally dropping ,but is still 16' high. Afraid with all this rain it will rise even more. Our fishing is really going to be screwed up again this year if the rain does'nt quit.

Flood stage on White River at Batesville is 15'. The river is forecasted to crest Thursday at 26.4'. I might should have built an ark instead of a camper.
