That's alot of water! Great pics! I've got a cabin down stream at Taylor Bay (Augusta). It's 5 feet off the ground and the water is about 18 inches from going in. Cresting tonight at 38.4 or ? That is a few tenths higher than the 82 and 87 flood. Water is anywhere from 2 to 3 feet in most of the trailers that are just a couple of blocks off the ground. The work begins when the water goes down!

It's supposed to be cresting at Augusta tonight (38.4'). It's falling at Batesville and Newport. It will be high for awhile as there is alot of water comming down from the Black River which empties into the White just South of Batesville. No dams to hold it back on the Black.

Black is still roaring in NEA, my pops said they had shut down some roads (US HWY 67) in Pocahantus. My buddy's cabin at Brookings has about an inch of water in it. I just hope everybody pulls thru this mess and can move on when the water drops
