I posted a bit more of an intro. in the "General/main" folder, but wanted to say "hey" to anyone here I may have missed. We're on the east edge of Hot Springs. I grew up about 20 miles west of town, left in '80, left Ark. in '89 and recently returned. I have 2 sons, 10 and 7, the 7 year old being autistic and not much for being still but the 10 year old after me to "... go catch something good to eat!...." I fished for Crappie a bit on Ouachita in the 70's and early 80's but it sounds like it has really changed since then. We live about 4 miles from Carpenter Dam and I am asking around to learn about Hamilton and Catherine. Next week I'm going (w/ the 10 year old) to fish a bit on Middlefork and a couple big ponds.

OK, enough babbling.... I gots to go get rid of several years of non-use gunk from my dad's bass boat and finish putting my own 5 Hp (goes on a 12' johnboat)back together!
