    Default Beaver Bite

I fished a split day trip yesterday and we managed 26 keepers through two differen't storms! The last one that blew through was a doosey! I took shelter in a dock and the wind blew so hard the dock broke free and took off down the lake! We still were catching crappie as we drifted away though! Big fun!

That's a good fish tale. I got a good laugh out of that one.

    Default Not so bad!

Todays fishing was good! We caght 23 keepers in 4 hours this morning. Almost all of them were caught before 8 a.m. and in water 20' to 25' and they were just up off the bottom. Most of them were caught around docks and pole timber in coves. YUM Curl tails did the trick!
I will be in New Jersey for the next week, I'll hit Beaver again next Wednesday. I think I'll crappie fish in N.J. also!!!
