You guys go stick em good this weekend while I am building some browine points back up after the wife took me to Talladega. And yes I did offer Jeff Gordon a beer after the race along with 30,000 of my redneck bretheren.
Now I can say I am proud of you. Someone should have thrown a keg.:D

Well, after working really hard for the majority of the day, I squeezed out 19 keepers. Had some nice ones and a few that will just be good eatin'. I caught crappie at all depths, from 1'-16' of water. The majority of smaller fish are holding around 10' and deeper. From what little of a pattern that I could put together today, I'd say the best chance for bigger crappie are females holding at 1'-5' in 3-8' of water. After I ran out of bait, I caught some average size dark males in 1' of water this afternoon with a jig pole.

And sorry, slick. I only got a couple of pictures, but I'll try to find time to post 'em soon.

Everything looked like it was going to be good for me starting in March, then in April it went down hill. I caught some crappie at Ramsey but got tired of catching those puny fish. Had to change over to other fish for a while if wanted some to cook. Went to Greers Ferry and caught some bass and bream Friday. Hope everything is getting better for you.
