I am by no means a walleye fisherman! I catch them on accident while crappie fishing. I caught that one on edens bluff about 10' down on a curl tail grub. I will start nightstalking soon when the weather straightens up. Are you in? It may be a weeknight. I usualy don't stay out much later than 1 a.m.

    Hey Joe,
have you tryed fishing from the floating dock on the west side of the pavilions at Prairie Creek? It is a good spot for crappie that has lot's of brush around it in deep water that is off limits to boat. Try fishing a chartreuse Shineee Hineee around and out in front of the dock and I bet you will catch some. Try fishing them down 10' or so.
    Good luck!

Wow J.T. another super catch in pitiful conditions, heard that about the corporate pond having white caps, my toilet bowls in the house had white caps also. Am definatly braving whatever conditions tomorrow. Are they still biting in deep water? Congrats on the catch.

Thanks for the tip J.T. Will try in the very near future. Might get out tomarrow to try my luck. How deep do you think I should try? I have been fishing from 3 to 8 ft deep and not been cathing much. Should I try deeper since the water got a little cooler?

    Yes!
If you're casting out from the dock I would let it sink at least 10' if not more. Be carefull though there are a lot of hang-ups!

We caught 41 keepers today. They were all off the bottom in 20' to 30' of water just off the bank.
