    Thumbs down Windy and Cold!!!

Took the wife and hound for a truck ride down to look at the lake (Nimrod) this morning. 15+ MPH winds, white caps, and bad cold!
Think I'll wait until tomorrow to fish. Supposed to be 5 MPH winds.
We're loading up right now to go to Colton's Steak House instead.
    Tumbleweed here I come!!

Ok, so yall chickened out.....just kidding, I did too...... I guess we should all be expecting a post from CEB. This seems to be the weather that he lives for.

Still went out this afternoon. Ducked into a few coves to stay out of the wind as much as possible. Water temps here have dropped from 69 degrees to 61. Had no problem catching little dinks on 8 foot brush only caught 2 big enough to think about keeping.
Went to the back of a cove to check the depth of the buckbrush for wading next weekend and caught a 3/4 lb male on a Black/Chart. tube jig. Spent the rest of the evening checking buckbrush but no more luck.
Fixed a couple runners on my trailer on the parking lot and headed back to the house to warm up. Let my 3 fish go on a nearby cane top.
May try it in the morning if the wind is decent.
