I’m sure there’s plenty of threads out there about this but there’s always new technology coming out. So what’s everyone’s favorite fillet knife? I’ve been using the cheaper Rapala electric knife and it seems ok but has trouble getting through some of the bigger fish. My stand by is the trusty wood handle Rapala knife but can’t decide if I want to ditch the electric all together or see what else is out there. I’ve heard lots of talk of just using a cheap electric bread/carving knife so I may steal the wife’s out of the kitchen and try it as well. Thanks in advance for the feedback.
