To follow up on this thread, on March 22 Titelok responded to my February 20th email asking for my address and stating they would send me the parts I needed to fix my rod holders. As of the mail running today, I will have my parts in hand and hopefully will be able to get everything working correctly again. While it took a while, I appreciate Titelok sending me the parts I needed. Hopefully they are getting caught up and can provided the customer service we expect going forward.
