I'll just say this about Titelok after leaving them many vms and emails over the last two weeks without any response, I would NEVER recommend anyone purchasing a TiteLok product. If you can't even return a clients call after two weeks regardless of how busy you are, you aren't a company that I will support or ever purchase from again. I can't wait to get a set of stalkers and chunk these Titelok C&Cs in the trash. Appreciate BRM's offer to help, but the company should service their clients on their own much better than this. Grizzly actually did return a call and offered some good advice on what others were experiencing. Too bad they didn't offer to replace the faulty product they sold to us.
