Is that stuff leagal to harvest? I see it almost everyday and have never noticed anyone cutting it. I don't know if it belongs to the state or whom? I have been concerned about being messed with by the law there.Quote:

I will fish anywhere they will bite. I tried a lot of places last year. mostly close in Maumell Creek, Ar. River out of Burns Park, Lake Maumell, I also like to go to mirrow lake @ England. Make that Clear lake

This is most deffinately not ok to cut off the state interstates and highways. I asked a freind who works for the highway commision and he told me that it is acutally planted by the zoo and various business's that border these areas as I sound buffer. Apparently boo is something that is commonly placed to block noise in areas such as roads, airports ect.
