You can learn ALOT from this site. I have crappie fished my whole life but was just winging it. Wen i caught em i just caught em and had no idea why or why not. Thanks to this site and all the help from everyone i now understand why im catching or why im not.... I have truely learned everything i kniw from different people on here. They can teach anyone who wants to listen and learn. Also important to keep a log of what ur catching, water temps, weather, water clarity, and water levels. I have been doing this on a calendar now for about 5 years. Its to the point now where i just match the current conditions with the conditions i have caught em in the past years and what body of water it was on and i know when and where to go to maximize my chances.
