I would hate to see more of the AGFC budget go to enforcement; it would just take money away from fish and game programs. The fishermen around the state can take care of this problem if they work with existing enforcement and a little knife-on-string work.

have to disagree as to yo-yo fishing not being fun. Set about 40 out on the south end of Midway at dusk when the water is at 21 at Memphis. Lots of fun to be had til you have to clean a box of catfish. Have the lake to yourself (unless everyone follows my advice) and action will be fast til about 10:30 when the bugs go in.
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.

The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes click when it is supposed to go bang and
a gun the goes bang when it is supposed to go click.
