Thanks for the pics Billy! I miss being back home in EastArk and taking trips out there to fish and enjoy the wildlife!
He said, "Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some." When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

How's the fishing now? Back in the 70's, it was the best lake in eastern AR. Can't tell you how many bream & crappie I took out of it! Then the Feds started managing it for waterfowl instead of fish and it went really south. Several years ago, they drained the lake,, dug it out somewhat, made new spawning areas and restocked it. Then, we had a really dry summer, the lake got really low and birds ate all the fish! They've done a lot of restocking/management since. I don't fishing was good last year, but I may be mistaken. Haven't been back there in years, but will go this summer if only for the scenery; it's a beautiful place. Can you still get back to fish in the cypress trees?

    You're thinking of Wappapello.
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The sheep live in fear of the wolf but in the end it's the shepherd that eats them.
The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes click when it is supposed to go bang and
