Shawn, I put just a little Pace on the tortillia, added the fish, a couple of spoonfuls of homemade pico de gallo and then some shredded mild cheddar.

I pan fried the crappie with a little Paul Predome's on it.

My wife makes some wonderful pico!

We did fish tacos on Sunday. Fried Carp (for those of us that can't catch crappie), cabbage, onion, cilantro, salsa, spicy ranchero sauce and lime. All of the above look delicious too.
