    Pan fried crappie tacos, smothered in shredded cheese and creamy jalapeño dip. Man was it good!!!!

    Does look pretty good. I'll probably replace the jalapeno dip with fresh sliced jalapenos and fresh pico de gallo. Thanks for the idea. Sounds like supper tonight!

    Been using fried or blackened Crappie for fish tacos for awhile. They ain't bad.
