Never tried Buffalo ribs or meat, but sounds interesting enough to go try it.

I thought my grandmother was the only one that knew how to do this.. Fries up really nice, never called it a pig turd though

I do not know James. Jeff has a brother named Tony that works for Entergy. Jeff is a cabinet maker and has lived in that area all his life. I did not preview my earlier post, that was supposed to say "the old A & W".

ar, over in the bootheel we called the buffalo that were tall in body and more slender for lack of a better description razorbacks and the other type that has a more rounded body blue rooters. and you should try those "pig turds." they are some kind of good too.

Georgetown One Stop. They did serve fresh river catfish and buffalo ribs. Very good food but I think they are closed now or only catering groups. Did hear a rumor that they may be opening back up in Searcy.
