Just googled buffalo.com and the name belonged to something in New York. I was considering a spin off of this site. Story of my life, Day late and a dollar... I know it would have had bunches of users.

rcc, they even make a machine to do that for you. my neighbor has one. he and his friends do a lot of giging in the winter here on the spring but i think it's like a 1000.00. i'll do mine with my fillet knife. there's a commercial fisherman in black rock that is a whiz at scoring them.

Sorry guys, I have never tasted any cut of a buffalo that compares to how good catfish, bream, and crappie are but not necessarily in that order. I have tried to eat that stuff cooked by old timers that swear they cook the best in the land. One of my best fishing partners is 83 years old and he is crazy about those ribs. Joann Taylor had the Georgetown One Stop but she has shut her doors. She is cooking fish in Searcy now at what used to be the old A & W on Thur, Fri, & Sat. Jeff Overstreet has built a new place on the right just passed the Nimmo water tower about 3 miles before you get to Georgetown and he is serving up some good chow. He has the ribs.

My mother lives near Judsonia, used to take her over to the fish place in Georgetown once in a while. But all I remember them having was catfish?

Mom said they have closed down now.

Absolutely great info, I did some research and found out the one stop had been closed. Me and my coworkers stay in a cabin at Norfork every June to trout fish for a weekend and I may stop by the place outside Georgetown and try them ribs!

I've eaten buffalo ribs my whole life and I'm definitely a fan. You won't be disappointed.
    Is winter over yet?
