I have to qualify for the chairman of the loser club. Been out 3 times this year. All 3 ended with me having to use my trolling motor to get back in. I must have the only 25 etec lemon out there. Been in the shop 7 times so far in between 54 and 55 hours running time. Throws a code for overheating and shuts down. Hook up to computer and clear code. then everything is fine. runs on hose and muff forever. put in lake and 1/4 mile down the chute and there it goes. Gonna have to fish smaller lakes or get more batteries! Tried changing impeller but no difference. Sux!!!! Got 4 other rigs but trying to line this one out. Haven't even had my xpress with new terrova in the water. Will soon if things don't change.

RCC talked about fots and Tier III connections and circuits and carriers...........and I KNEW there wuz sumpin' fishy about the boy. I knew it. A fellow Telecom Goober (TG). Course, I'm retired. But I remember fiber and circuits and orders and carriers and LEC's and IXC's and such!! All that was before they commenced to transmit such stuff through the Cosmic Ether (CE)......

Now, I fear he is "craft" and not a true worker!!

(no, no one else will understand this post, you aren't supposed to. Carry on).
Thanks for the coded fishing report Buckrub. That was some nice jig colors and some monster slabs that you pulled out of lake X at xx deg xx.xxxxN and xx. deg.xx.xxxxW. Just for all that secret info, here is some back at cha. The T1-ESF passes all zeroes through the RJ45C to the CSU, while t1-d4 will not run due to excess zeroes. I would suggest alternate provisioning and mapping should said problems arise. Sonet networking of the nodes at points A and B should be set as UPSR and the hand off as a 1+1. BLSR could work as well. If this info doesn't result in boat loads of slabs, give me a pm. Remember, you gotta know when to ROADM, know when to FOADM know when to walk away know when to run. I hope this fishing code wasn't too simple and gets decoded by someone else.

Surely we ain't the onliest ones?

    And............just one question.

Was that B8ZS? And was it on CAT-5 TP or FOTS? Well, that's two questions. I'd ask more, but our neighborhood doesn't have a DSLAM and my bits are pretty protected.

Buckrub and RCC... When I was a kid, my dad and his friend from work would start "communicating" in TG speak. I clearly remember walking into the garage, grabbing a fishing pole, and disappearing for a "few" hours to a pond about 1/2 mile down the road. When ya'll are done, don't worry. I'm just fishing. Mind you, as a L.O.S.E.R., I am not allowed to catch any these days.

There you go. Now that you've diagnosed the boat motor, why don't you crack the code so we can start hauling in the slabs?!?!?!?!?
