I checked with Enforcement and you are allowed to clean your fish at the location in which you caught them, as long as you are done fishing. This applies to lakes with length limits as well. You are not allowed to posses filleted fish while you are in a boat, requardless if you are done fishing, if you are on a lake that has a length limit. So, if you want to clean your fish at the location in which you caught them, it would be in your best interest to have your fishing gear put up, so that it does not appear that you are still activley fishing.
