Then I am concerned that your Captain is misguided. And this is SIMPLY my personal opinion, and nothing else. But that is one reason that I have trouble trusting AGFC Wardens many times. Most are great. But man, if the head guy isn't sure of the law that he's trying to enforce, I have no great confidence.

Not my Captain but the Captain of the Enforcement District in Central Arkansas. I will be in the office tomorrow. I will try to track him down and get this straitened out.
