    Yea I'm not much on them after being frozen just to soft and retain to much water.

    Good job. A limit isn't everything. Sometimes just being able to put some in the boat is an accomplishment.

    We ate fish tonight from last April and they tasted FINE! Maybe Beaverfork Crappie are better he he.

    Het Rookie40 , noticed your fish fryer . Just bought the same one and used it wed. nite , it did a grate job........had yours long ? no problems ? how ya like it ?

    Its does the trick just gotta make sure it's sitting on a surface that want burn kinda like my ironing board/cleaning table/frying table. I cook about six fillets at a time and the temp stays up anymore and it drops to quick.
