We ate fish tonight from last April and they tasted FINE! Maybe Beaverfork Crappie are better he he. :)

Het Rookie40 , noticed your fish fryer . Just bought the same one and used it wed. nite , it did a grate job........had yours long ? no problems ? how ya like it ?

Its does the trick just gotta make sure it's sitting on a surface that want burn kinda like my ironing board/cleaning table/frying table. I cook about six fillets at a time and the temp stays up anymore and it drops to quick.
