Just a thought. We leave 2 boards on bottom on each end and wedge rocks in between top and bottom. Don't know how you going to put them out, but a couple of long 2x4's works stretched across boat and set pallet on one side where you can pick up empty side of 2x4 and slide pallet off into water.
