Yeah I think next time our waters get back low again, prolly this Summer as they almost always do....I wanna drive some down in the lake bed making stake bed area's to fish over once water gets back up. Maybe in that 10-12' range drive some 4-6' sticks of boo down in patterns you can troll around in once spawing season hits. I just wonder about making some longer forms outa scrap wood where you could sink longer sections of it at one time would work? You'd have to watch or it would be too heavy to fool with before you knew it. There's been many ways to sink brush thought up but just putting it out helps any way you do it. I like guys who sink brush cause they take it serious so like the other day I helped a guy sink some and we both marked the spot. We only sank 3 cedar tops but they were big ones....almost bigger than I wanted to fool with. I like the shorter bushy ones that cover more area myself.
I like them big sticks
All men are created equal, some work harder in the preseason.

I'M sure that "boo" will pay off for you Billy. I bet you're putting it in the $5.00 or $10.00 hole, good luck either way.
I pefer hardwood stakes over bamboo poles cause they last much longer. I do use some bamboo but like to use full length bamboo with the leaves on it. Check out our bucket lid boo we built in the past. Anything will work if there is nothing there. Don't over do it guys, save your back for fishing.![]()
