Default Wareagle brackets for those that have asked.

These home made rigs have worked out ok for me. The first pic is just checking for fit. The second is on the boat ready to roll.

Did the same for my rod holders for pullin cranks. They work great.

RCC those look good. Did you make those out of Alum or Steel?

Those are aluminum. I just stuck some 1/4 by 2 inch width in a vice and hit it with the sledge to get the little angle. The T-bolts are greenhouse hardware. It doesn't take long to whittle out a couple and they are really surprisingly strong. Just like LRJoe, I pull the 4 rod holder off the front and stick it on those brackets in the sides and pull 3 or 4 cranking poles off each side during the heat of the summer.

He did mention that he may go this route, but I don't know how he ended up. If he doesn't show up on this thread, a pm may get him to look.

Creek, that's exactly what I was talking about! Scott Echols is going to look at doing some for me, but these look really good and probably would be less expensive. Looks simple enough even an old wore out lawyer could build one! I don't have a wide enough boat to put but one rod holder up front and I bought a four rod holder from Scott before I left Grizzly. I just thought if I like spider rigging, I probably will want to add a couple more poles out the the side, maybe two out each side to fill out the spread. Only thing I'll have to buy from Scott would be the additional rod holders. By the way, Randle, you did an excellent job on yours and those pretty much hit the center of the target for me! Thanks for posting those pics, man.

RCC, That's exactly what i had in mind for my boat. Just haven't gotten around to doing it yet. Did you have to make the bolts? I was going to use carriage head blots and grind them down till they fit in the slot. I was going to use toilet bolts, but all I have seen look like they may not be very strong. Only difference is mine will be on an xpress boat.
