    NICE FISH!!

    I have caught some 3 pound crappie out of Conway, I eat everyone of them also, some people would mount them as a trophy, and they are trophy size fish when they reach 3 pounds. But I get enjoyment out of the expression on people's faces when I tell them that I eat 3 pound crappie.

    It sure made some huge fillets !! I l know it can't tast as good as the smaller ones but I'm gonna enjoy eating it.
