The bite was good early then it turned completely off. Did manage some good ones though including this 3.04 . It was good to talk with you today also Russ hope you wore them out after we had to leave.Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1358645489.816351.jpg

Man!!! that was a hoss. The bite stayed slow i stopped at about 2PM...did catch enough for supper and gave my catch to Walker733 who was fishing with Midsouth man. One fish like that makes a slow bite go away. Ill bet she put a good bend in that Ozark rod. see you guys on the water agian soon. ConGrat's on the Wall Hanger.

Thank you we have been fishing for a long time to catch a 3 pounder on Conway I was about to give up on it happening . I just got those new 16 foot ozarks in and was wanting to see what they would do no better way to test them than on a 3 pounder. Man they sure are nice same back bone as the 14 with a little more sensitive tip thanks a ton don. Glad you got to share your catch with someone Russ I'm sure we will meet out around some trees before long cant wait .

Great fish! That will be a beautiful mount if you decide to have it put on the wall.
