Tie them on with loop knots and snap on bottom or make up C C rig with 2 three ways and leader off bottom with snap for weight. Just mak up 2 or 3 different Riggs and try them to see which you like the best.

Was trying to get some ideas of you wonderful fishermen on how to rig a double minner rig with the weight on bottom. Was gonna try to use a snap swivel on bottom of main line for easy change out of weights without changing the whole rig. Should I just tie on my "minner critters" with loop knots or use a 3-way or something else?
I have some capps and coleman, but wanting to put the weight on bottom for quick change of weights.
I know this has probably been discussed a million times, but didn't want to search that much!!
Thanks for any information!!

Tie a Fast Snap in a loop knot so you can change colors, put on a jig or a plain bait hook. Makes it easy to switch without changing rigs. That's how I had mine the day we fished. Snap swivel at the top and bottom of rig, and a barrel swivel tied to the end of the main line from the reel.

BTW, I tie my baits closer together for shallow water (bout 12-14" apart) and farther apart for deeper water (bout 16-20"). My loops are 3-5" off the main line.

I have 30# power pro with a snap swivel as my main line. I use 10 to 17# line as my hook rig, be it hooks or jigs. A loop tied at both ends with hooks spaced 1 foot apart. Top loop to first hook, 1 foot. Last hook to bottom loop, 1 foot. Depending on lake or state restrictions, up to 6 hooks per rig. The bottom loop is passed through the eye of the sinker, the sinker is passed through the loop. Easy to change out.
X2 on the fasnaps, saves a lot of time and they are not big and bulky like a snap swivel. I use a size medium.
