Sorry bout your luck crappie pro, I have never had any bad service there, I have known that whole crew for many years and they have never done me wrong. They have always gone out of their way to help and get done with what I needed done. I guess you win some and you lose some. I am negative on Arts marine and you are negative on H2O sportz.
