I am having computer issues right now, sorry for the broken post, well guy i went to gold creek on Saturday, I must say there was not a lack of boats, I bet between the crappie camp and gold creek landing here was 30 boats In the pool. I did catch a few fish even though they were hard to come by, I would love to show you some pictures of them, however I gave them away to a family at the Lawrence landing access, there was at least 6 people in the family and they had a few bream, hardly enough for the 6 of them, I encourage you guy to share your wealth and pass on some of your good fortune. SORRY NO PICTURE, BUT WHEN YOU GIVE THEM AWAY THERE AIN'T NOTHING TO SHOW.

Well, sounds like i didn't miss out on much after all. I got to Dan's about 6:20 with the goal of getting a jump on things as I expected it to be crowded. Get the boat in the water and my motor wouldn't crank, which is especially annoying giving it turned over just fine the previous night. After messing with in the dark for a while, i decided to load up and head to Caney creek vs. risking trolling up to the pool and not having enough battery to get back. Fished until around 2:00 and ended up with 7 at Caney.
They were tough to come by and I dont think I caught my 1st fish until 10:30.
