I fished Cypress Bayou a couple times back in the spring and that was the average size crappie there. The locals are so used to catching them dinks that they call 8 inchers "slabs!"

Hey call it as you like but it don't bother me as long as its still produces them golden nugget ;-). However, if you want to have a fish off on the river just let me know. It would be a slaughter Lmbo. You might even change your mind about fishing so far away from home. I could redeem myself from the Washington trip when I fished there and ya an only told me to fish in 7 fow :-(. The challenge has been proposed!!! Just let me know when you ready. Your minners and my jigs hook for hook! :-) anybody else welcome to tag along an watch or join in on the fun. I think it just boils down to knowing the water. If you want me to fish jigs against the minners in ms then you gonna have to let me fish by ya cause I don't know them waters but if the fish are there I know I will catch em!!
