I fished Cypress Bayou a couple times back in the spring and that was the average size crappie there. The locals are so used to catching them dinks that they call 8 inchers "slabs!"Quote:

Hey call it as you like but it don't bother me as long as its still produces them golden nugget ;-). However, if you want to have a fish off on the river just let me know. Not talking about pine bluff, I stated the Arkansas river and backwaters you refer to as golden pond #2. I can't see how such a vast expanse of water that makes up more water than most them sippi lakes is a pond Lmbo!
