I would for SURE try a Mid South red/chartreuse or white/chartreuse on a 1/16 jig pitching under the dock with about 6 ft of line and let it fall back to you......they will hit it as it swings out about even with the edge of the dock. Meatgetter Jig in Spanky works really good as well if you can get one. I suggest 4 lb line, but you can use 6 to 8 and probably get similar results. Danny will point you in the right direction.
